This Week's Activities

These are the activities this week for adults with developmental disabilities:
 

Monday, September 7 is Labor Day.  The Community Center is closed for the holiday.

Tuesday,  September 8, from 3:15 to 4:30 PM.  Dance/Ukulele in the North Activity Room at the Douglas County Community Center.

Tuesday, September 8, starting at 5:00 PM.  Aktion Club in the Dining Room at the Douglas County Community Center.

Wednesday, September 9, from 3:00 to 4:30 PM.  Art Class in the Ceramics Room at the Douglas County Community Center .  

Thursday, Thursday, September 10, from 1:00 to 2:00 PM.  Builders Workshop in the Kiwanis Aktion Club Room at the Douglas County Community Center.  Join us as we build with LEGO, Lincoln Logs, cork, wood, paper, clay, and a few surprises.

Friday, September 11, from 9:00 AM to noon.  Friday Morning Activities in the Kiwanis Aktion Club Room at the Douglas County Community Center.  We do a mix of puzzles, games, art, sports, gardening, reading, and field trips.  Weather permitting, will be out in the garden at 10:00, looking for green beans and tomatoes that are ready to pick.
