These are the activities this week for adults with developmental disabilities:

Monday, August 3, starting at 5:00 PM.  Aktion Club in the Dining Room at the Douglas County Community Center.

Tuesday, August 4, from 3:15 to 4:30 PM.  DANCE/UKULELE STAGE REHEARSAL IN THE DINING ROOM AT THE DOUGLAS COUNTY COMMUNITY CENTER.  THIS IS THE LAST REHEARSAL FOR YOUR PERFORMANCE ON FAMILY DAY 

Wednesday, August 5, from 3:00 to 4:30 PM.  Art Class in the Ceramics Room at the Douglas County Community Center .  

THURSDAY, AUGUST 6, FROM 2:00 to 3:00 PM. WILDLIFE SHOW AT THE CVIC HALL IN MINDEN.  THIS IS A ONE-OF-A-KIND, GOOD TIME, COURTESY OF THE DOUGLAS COUNTY PUBLIC LIBRARY.  IN ORDER TO REMOVE TIME CONSTRAINTS, BUILDERS WORKSHOP IS CANCELLED.

Friday, August 7, from 9:00 AM to noon.  Friday Morning Activities in the Kiwanis Aktion Club Room at the Douglas County Community Center.  We do a mix of puzzles, games, art, sports, and gardening.  We will be in the garden early to beat the heat.  It's the first Friday of the month; so it's Movie Day.  The film this month is The LEGO Ninjago Movie, starting at 10:00 AM.

Saturday, August 8, from10:30 AM to 2:00 PM.  FAMILY DAY in the Dining Room at the Douglas County Community Center.  It's our annual party for our Participants and their Families.
