This Code of Conduct is like a guide for how we should behave when we're participating in programs and activities sponsored by Expand-Able Horizons.  It explains the expectations for behavior we need to follow and how to treat each other kindly. It helps us to learn and have fun.

Treat others the way you want to be treated. Be kind, patient, and considerate towards each other.

Use your words to express yourself calmly. Listen when others are speaking. If you need help understanding, ask for help.

Stay safe and help keep others safe too. Follow safety rules and listen to staff members when they give instructions.

Everyone has their own space. Always ask before touching someone or their belongings.

Tell the truth. If you make a mistake, admit it and try to fix it.

Speak nicely to each other. Don’t say mean or hurtful things.

Keep personal information private. Don’t share private matters without permission.

Obey the rules. They are there to keep everyone safe and happy. 

If you need help, ask for it. We are here to support you.
